ORDER, PAYMENT, DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This order, payment, delivery, return and refund policy governs the use of this Fuse mobile application (the “App”) created by Pose Group Pte. Ltd (“Pose Group”) and is an integral part of the terms and conditions for using the App (the “T&C”). Unless the context provides otherwise, capitalised words used herein shall have the same meaning given to them in the T&C.

  1. Product Availability

We are not responsible for the availability of the Product. All orders of the Product are subject to the confirmation of the Seller on a case by case basis.

  1. Purchase of Product

In the event you wish to purchase any Product, please simply add the Product to your “Wish list”. Once you have expressed your interest in any Product, we will provide you with a keep track number and then refer your wish to the relevant Seller. Your expression of interest shall initiate an offer to buy the Product from the relevant Seller but there will be no contract of any kind between you and the Seller unless and until the Seller contact you directly to confirm your order. After your order have been confirmed by the Seller, the Seller shall then send you an order confirmation email to form a contract with you and include the key terms of the contract therein (the “Order Confirmation Email”). The Order Confirmation Email does not signify the Seller’s acceptance of your order but is simply confirming that your order is being processed and the Product is prepared for shipping. In most cases, this Order Confirmation Email will be given within twenty-four hours. We will assist you through the entire process, from payment method to delivery.

For avoidance of doubt, the Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any of your order at any time prior to the delivery. In the event the Seller make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

The Seller, the Delivery Agent or any authorized third party on their behalf may ask you certain information such as your full name, age, delivery address, other billing information and the like. You agree to provide the accurate, complete and current information, and to comply with these policies. You shall be responsible for all charges made in your order as well any applicable taxes thereof.

  1. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing Product (including pricing); however, we do not represent or warrant that all such descriptions are complete, current or error-free. From time to time there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to Product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after orders are submitted). For the avoidance of doubt, the price is only indicative. The Seller will inform you the official price for your consideration of placing order.

  1. Fee

Any fees which Pose Group may charge you for the App and/or the Service, are due immediately. When you initiate a transaction with the Seller via the App or the Service, Pose Group’s third party payment processor will process your credit or debit card for the amount of the gross purchase price after verifying that the name on your ID matches the name on your account and the name on your credit card or debit card. We may change the fee of the App or the Service in our sole discretion. We encourage you to visit our site regularly if you are interested in how we charge for the App or the Service.

  1. Payment & Billing

Payment must be made in advance for the acceptance of an order by the Seller. Your right to any available Product is conditional on our receipt of the appropriate payment for such Product in advance. If such payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, you agree that we reserve the right to cancel your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

A financial invoice shall be arranged by the Seller and delivered together with the Product from the Delivery Agent.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

A person will notify you of the delivery time of your order. We generally will provide your order as soon as possible but we, the Seller or the Delivery Agent do not provide any guarantees for late delivery.

Delivery charges are applicable where possible depending on the delivery location as stated in your relevant Order Confirmation Email. All delivery fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

The Delivery Agent will make every attempt to complete your order in one delivery, but please note large orders may have to be completed in multiple deliveries. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to extend the delivery time. If there will be a significant delay, we may call or email you to let you know the status of your delivery time. The Delivery Agent will deliver the Product as quickly as possible when the conditions permit.

In an effort to meet the committed delivery time for all our customers, the Delivery Agent is not required to wait for your inspection of the items delivered. Your order will arrive with an invoice that will list all of the items you have received and were billed for.

  1. Return

All sales of Product are final and the Seller does not accept any return or exchange, save for the defective Product or for a reason that the delivered Product is not as same as described in the site and only if you make the defect known to the Delivery Agent at the time of delivery. You bear all risk of Product upon the receipt of Product.

  1. Cancellation

Within 12 hours of the receipt of the Order Confirmation Email, you are eligible to send a written notice to us requesting a cancellation of your order. Accordingly, you will receive a refund of the purchase price for such returned Product but a $10 return-settlement fee will be charged to your credit card account. After the expiration of the 12 hour period, you have no right to claim for any cancellation of order or refund the Product.
